"Return was easy for once"
I usually dread doing exchanges because it’s always a hassle, always some issue, always a headache. But this one was actually quick. Customer service helped me out right away, and I didn’t have to keep explaining myself over and over, which is usually the most annoying part. no complaints this time, and I complain about returns a lot.

"Solid driver once I got used to it"
Picked up a new Callaway driver it feels really good. The ball just pops off the face in a nice way, and I did notice a little extra distance too, which I’m not going to complain about. It did take me a couple rounds to adjust to the weight, though. At first I wasn’t totally sure about it, then a few swings later it started feeling more natural. Now I’m hitting it a lot more consistently. Great club overall, just wish the price wasn’t still so high.

"Good fitting, just felt a little rushed"
The fitter was really helpful and, yeah, the clubs do feel right for me. I just felt like the session was a bit rushed at times, but overall it was a good experience.

"Quick help right when I needed it"
Had a small issue with my order. Nothing huge, but annoying enough that I messaged Callaway support. wasn’t expecting much. You know how that usually goes. But they got back to me quickly, and it actually felt like someone had read what I wrote.

The person helping me just handled it. No long back-and-forth, no making it complicated. Just sorted it out and kept it easy. Simple experience, but in a good way.

"Great club, just wish it didn’t cost a small fortune"
I picked up a Callaway driver a few months ago, it’s been holding up like a champ. No mysterious rattles, no scary marks beyond the usual wear, and the grip still feels solid. Every time I pull it out of the bag, it feels like it’s ready for battle on the tee box. Shipping was totally fine, not lightning-fast or anything dramatic, but it got here without a saga. I’m knocking off one star because the price is definitely a bit painful, but the quality makes it a little easier to survive.

"Warranty support was unbelievably easy"
I had an issue with my driver, so I reached out to Callaway support, they handled it about as smoothly as humanly possible. They got back to me quickly, asked for a couple pictures, and then took care of the repair without turning it into some huge ordeal. I was expecting a headache for sure, but this was easily one of the simplest warranty experiences I’ve ever had. Absolutely happy with how they handled it.

"Shipping was alright, but the tracking was annoying!!!"
My order ended up arriving a bit late, which was kind of frustrating!!! The tracking updates weren’t very helpful, so I wasn’t totally sure where it was half the time!!! But it did show up in good condition, so at least that worked out!!!

"found the club i couldn’t get anywhere else"
i’d been trying to track down a specific wedge in my loft, and pretty much everywhere else was either sold out or showing some random long wait time. callaway actually had it available, and they even had the grip option i wanted.
checkout was simple, and the stock info seemed legit because i didn’t get one of those annoying cancellation emails afterward. order confirmation came through fast too. happy with it, and i’d probably check here first next time
